Litho Printing
Litho printing is perfect for large
print runs of brochures, company
letterheads, newsletters, and
product catalogues. Litho
printing produces consistent,
high-quality printed graphics
without size restrictions. Whilst
it takes longer to setup than a
digital printer.
Digital Printing
Digital Printing is very cost
effective for small print runs
as there is less initial setup
involved.
Digital printing produces a job
quicker than Litho printing as
there is no make-ready or plate
making required. In many cases
printing can be personalised with
variable data .
Large Format Printing
Large Format Printing refers
to print materials that are too
large to be printed on the
most readily available sizes of
commercial printing presses.
Items such as :
window and wall
posters, promotional signage and
banners will be printed using a
Large Format Printer.
Saddle Stitching
Probably the most common and economical binding method.
Created by punching wire through the document’s outside spine, then bending the
wire flat on the inside centre fold to grip all the pages.
Perfect Binding
is a popular method for binding books, magazines and catalogues.
Books bound this way are also called soft covers and paperbacks. The bound book has a square spine with a wraparound cover.
Case Binding
Standard binding is a popular method used for hardcover books. Typically involves inside
pages being sewn together in sections. These are then glued to end papers which are
glued to a hard cover.
Our
Design & Prepress
Artwork files are checked to make sure the images have the proper format and resolution, the fonts are
all included and the colours are set up appropriately. All layout elements are checked, such as margins,
crop marks and bleeds are set up correctly. If errors are found, and where possible, we have the ability
to make corrections and get the file into a print ready format.
